Each WWII Wings of Glory Airplane Pack is a ready-to-play model, painted and assembled, 100% compatible with any other WWII Wings of Glory game product.
In each pack you will find all you need to play with the airplane, a special base with gaming stats, a variable altitude flying stand, and a specific deck of manoeuvre cards.
The Bristol Beaufighter Mk 1F is one of the Wings of Glory yardsticks and the player who is wielding this aircraft should never be underestimated. The Boyd Edition of this aircraft represents the Beaufighter as a night fighter and though not as armed to the gunnels as the Davoud Edition is still one which will hurt if crossed in anger. Amongst the Wings of Glory players this miniature is now quite sought after as it was one of Ares Games's early releases after taking over supporting the game from Nexus. This was also when the changeover from Wings of War to the game's current name occurred and this is compatible with all versions of WGS or World War 2: This is NOT compatible with WGF or the World War 1 versions of the game. Another advance which the changeover witnessed was the introduction of larger aircraft types such as this one from the Nexus general theme of single engine fighters. This only served to benefit the game and it's fantastic playability factors be you a solo player or in a group. Solo Play also allows the creation of your own scenarios (See the Rules and Accessory Pack for a good set of guidelines) and the opportunity to learn what the game miniatures are capable of. If you play this game and obtain this miniature watch those kill stats go through the roof and no sadly I'm not offering to repair the hole when this happens ...
